Requirements to process your order

Prior to your first order with us, we require a copy of your trade register or some other proof of dealership.

Your reseller discount is depending on the number of licences you're ordering - please contact us with as much information as possible, so that we can give you our best price quotation suited for your situation.

Unless you and/or your customer prefer electronic delivery of our software over the internet, the software will be shipped on CD-ROM. All documentation is provided electronically by means of help and doc files. When ordering multiple licences for one customer, the shipment will contain of one master disc and an additional number of backup media (the amount of backup media is determined by the number of licences ordered).

Currently our products require personalized registration keys, which are generated from a username and/or an authenticity verification string ("AV"). Therefore it is necessary that you provide us with the username/AV-String your customer would like to use. Ideally the username/AV helps to identify your customer as the owner of the software. Please include the desired username(s) in your order.

You will receive the personalized registration information along with the shipment of the required number of installation CD-ROMs.

Shipping and payment options

If not indicated otherwise on your order, all orders will be shipped by German Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges will depend on volume, destination and (optionally) the shipping carrier.

We're also offering shipping by UPS and DHL Express.

We're accepting payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard only), wire transfer (please inquire for details) and COD (additional handing charges apply).

Becoming an authorized distributor or vendor

Please contact us directly if you're interested in distributing our products in your country or if you would like to know more about volume licencing for a one-time CD-ROM distribution.

We're offering both exclucive and non-exclusive distribution rights - get in touch to learn more about our licencing deals!
